#2: Get Outta the Gap (Permission to Stop Overthinking)

The gap between Ideas, Decisions and Actions is where we Overthinkers tend to hang out and get stuck. Believe me, if this were a nice place to visit, I wouldn't have anything against it.

But in the gap, we're experience a ton of fear, which we're not addressing head-on, so the whole experience there is pretty stressful and unproductive. 

Luckily, the more aware you are of when you're goin' into the gap, the faster you can change the habit of going into Overthinking by default, as soon a decision presents itself. Soon, you'll barely even go in the first place!
